Spring Hill Bath completed early 2020. Home owner did all the work and a great job at that!
The navy subway tile pulls in the lighter blue in the flooring of this modern farmhouse style guest bath.
High end Island Stone Rustics II tile used on fireplace and Sonoma glass tile in Vihara Ehex for floor hearth.
Before and After. Client wanted darker paint on the garage doors, trim and front door and a lighter creamy color for the base. Quite a difference and a beautiful home update.
Beautiful update from drab brown to a lighter fresher palette. We matched the new garage door color to the front door, pillars and keys above the windows. The trim is a few shades lighter than the base.

The new custom wood ceiling and lighting from RH really adds depth to the design.
My client fell in love with the Picasso stone for the bar wall and in the kitchen we used a bronze metal beveled subway.

After! We added Cabinets all the way to the ceiling for extra storage. The pull down is to hang clothes on after coming out of the dryer or to hang dry. Included is a laundry hamper that pulls out. The shelf is handy for folding clothes or setting the laundry basket on.
